Double-walled hives

The double-walled hives comprise an anti-varroa bottom board with a detachable flight board and a ventilation opening; a brood chamber of which the front and rear are double-walled. The front and rear of the super are also double-walled. This hive has a crown board with a feeder opening. The roof is covered with a galvanized plate and supplied with 4 ventilation holes. The hive is constructed in grade 1 Red Norwegian pine, 24 mm thick with corner box joint construction and has cut-away handles on two sides.

Original Heroldbeute Hive

The Heroldbeute is a classic German hive. Fits 10 Zander frames and 12 standard German frames. All hives are glued and screwed and constructed from 30 mm thick timber.

This hive is perfectly suited for 11 German standard frames. Constructed from 25 mm thick timber.

Single-walled hives

The single-walled hives comprise a reversible bottom board without ventilation gauze. This hive has a crown board with a feeder opening. The hive is constructed in Red Norwegian pine with corner box joint construction and has cut-away handles on 4 sides.
