Crystallized honey

We sometimes get the message that our honey is crystallized. Indeed, any quality honey will crystallize sooner or later. However, the honey is therefore not spoiled. Crystallization is a completely natural process. Rather, it is a sign that the honey is of good quality and has not been pasteurized or overheated.

Liquefy crystallized honey

You can easily liquefy the crystallized honey by placing it in lukewarm water. Be carefull to make sure the water is not too hot. When your honey gets warmer than 45 ° C, many vitamins, minerals and enzymes will be lost.
