Types of honey

MOUNTAIN HONEY: The name says it all, this honey comes from flowers that grow in the mountains. It is usually a brown honey with a rather strong taste. The reason for this is found in the fact that the bees in those regions also get their honey from flowering trees.

ROSEMARY HONEY: This honey has a typical taste and smell. This honey with its deep golden color is mainly found in Spain.

LINDEN HONEY: The majestic linden tree. The honey it delivers is equally majestic. You will find the typical scent of its flowers as soon as you open a pot. The taste is also all lime.

EUCALYPTUS HONEY: This honey, from the Eucalyptus, comes mainly from Brazil, where this deciduous tree grows in large numbers. They are planted there to drain marshes because they absorb a lot of water with their evergreen leaves. The honey also has a high water content. It is slightly tinted and has a delicious caramel flavor.
